Delivery options
We have two delivery options:
- Royal Mail first class delivery (1 to 2 working days) – £3.50
- Royal Mail second class delivery – (2 to 3 working days) £2.50
The costs for delivery will be added to your order total on the checkout page.
Unfortunately, our products are not currently available for international delivery.
Dispatch
Once your order has been received, we will dispatch your order on the next working day. If your order is received on the weekend, then we will dispatch your order on Monday unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday, then we will dispatch on the next working day.
We will notify you via email once we have dispatched your order.
Delays
Please note that it may take slightly longer than our estimated delivery time during busy periods such as Christmas holidays and/or due to delays caused by COVID-19.

COVID-19
As I am a one-woman-band business, all orders are picked and packaged by myself. When picking and packing your Treatz, I will be sanitising my hands in between orders and will also be wearing facemasks and gloves.
